Ingredients
  1. 2 medium zucchinis
  2. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  3. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  4. 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  5. Olive oil
  6. Salt and pepper



Procedure/Direction:

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Toss zucchini rounds with a drizzle of olive oil, ensuring they’re lightly coated.

4. Mix Parmesan, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

5. Press each zucchini round into the Parmesan mixture to coat one side, then place them on the baking sheet (cheese side up).

6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the Parmesan is golden and crispy.

Serve warm as a delicious, crunchy nibble!
